To use LUMINA, you must:

• Meet the applicable minimum legal age.
• Provide accurate information.
• Have legal capacity to enter into applicable transactions.
• Comply with these Terms.
• Comply with applicable laws.

Certain services may have additional eligibility or verification requirements.

USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Not allowing unauthorised persons to use your account.
• Promptly notifying LUMINA of suspected unauthorised access.

LUMINA may restrict or suspend accounts where necessary to protect users, the platform or comply with legal obligations.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that:

• They have the legal right to sell the listed item.
• Listing information is accurate.
• Images and descriptions are truthful.
• Product condition is properly disclosed.
• Applicable fees are understood.
• Products comply with applicable laws.
• Prohibited goods are not listed.
• Items are available as represented.

Sellers must not manipulate auctions or provide misleading information.

LUMINA may review, approve, reject, modify, suspend or remove listings where reasonably necessary.

LUMINA may require additional information or documentation before an item can be listed.

A listing may be removed where:

• Information is inaccurate.
• The item violates applicable laws.
• The item violates LUMINA's policies.
• Fraud is suspected.
• The seller fails verification.
• The listing creates unacceptable risk.

Each auction may have specific information including:

• Starting price.
• Bid increments.
• Auction start time.
• Auction end time.
• Applicable fees.
• Auction rules.
• Seller conditions.
• Payment requirements.

Users should review the specific auction information before participating.

A bid submitted through LUMINA represents an offer to purchase under the applicable auction terms.

Users are responsible for reviewing an auction before placing a bid.

Where a bid has been successfully submitted and recorded, it may not be withdrawn except where permitted by LUMINA's applicable rules or required by law.

LUMINA may reject, invalidate or remove bids where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Fraud.
• Manipulation.
• Technical error.
• Account abuse.
• Collusion.
• Violation of auction rules.

An auction closes at the time specified in the applicable auction listing, subject to any stated extension, interruption or other auction rule.

The winning bidder is determined according to the applicable auction rules.

LUMINA may conduct reasonable verification before confirming an auction outcome.

If you win an auction, you may be required to complete payment within the specified period.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

• Cancellation of the transaction.
• Account restrictions.
• Loss of bidding privileges.
• Additional charges where legally permitted and clearly disclosed.
• Other remedies permitted by the applicable auction terms.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Users must provide accurate payment information and comply with applicable payment requirements.

Applicable fees will be disclosed before the relevant transaction where required.

Where LUMINA provides wallet or escrow-related functionality, additional terms may apply.

Funds may be held, restricted, released, refunded or settled according to the applicable transaction and escrow rules.

LUMINA may use authorised third-party financial or payment service providers.

LUMINA does not represent that funds are protected in the same manner as deposits held by a licensed bank unless expressly stated.

LUMINA may charge fees for certain services, including potentially:

• Seller fees.
• Buyer fees.
• Transaction fees.
• Listing fees.
• Withdrawal or settlement fees.
• Other disclosed service charges.

Applicable fees should be presented clearly before the relevant transaction.

Refunds and cancellations will be handled according to the applicable transaction, auction rules, seller terms and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Users must not use LUMINA to:

• Commit fraud.
• Manipulate auctions.
• Engage in bid manipulation or collusion.
• Use another person's account without authorisation.
• Provide false identity information.
• List stolen goods.
• List prohibited goods.
• Launder money.
• Facilitate illegal transactions.
• Circumvent security controls.
• Interfere with the platform.
• Introduce malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorised access.
• Abuse other users.
• Submit false complaints.
• Manipulate reviews or platform information.

Users must not coordinate with other users to artificially increase or decrease auction prices.

LUMINA may investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including:

• Cancelling bids.
• Cancelling auctions.
• Suspending accounts.
• Restricting access.
• Referring matters to appropriate authorities where required.

LUMINA and its licensors retain rights in:

• Software.
• Website design.
• Branding.
• Logos.
• Content.
• Platform technology.
• Documentation.
• Systems.
• Proprietary processes.

Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit LUMINA's intellectual property without permission.

Where users submit:

• Product descriptions.
• Images.
• Reviews.
• Comments.
• Listings.
• Other content.

They represent that they have the right to submit such content.

Users grant LUMINA the rights reasonably necessary to host, display and operate the submitted content through the platform.

LUMINA will seek to maintain reliable services but does not guarantee that the platform will always be:

• Available.
• Uninterrupted.
• Error-free.
• Free from security incidents.

The platform may be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance.
• Updates.
• Technical failures.
• Third-party services.
• Security incidents.
• Events beyond LUMINA's reasonable control.

LUMINA may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including where a user:

• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in fraud.
• Manipulates auctions.
• Provides false information.
• Creates security risks.
• Fails required verification.
• Uses the platform unlawfully.

Where appropriate, LUMINA may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

LUMINA provides a technology platform and does not guarantee the quality, legality, authenticity, ownership or condition of every item listed by users unless expressly stated.

Users should conduct appropriate due diligence before participating in transactions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LUMINA will not be liable for losses arising from:

• User misconduct.
• Unauthorised account access caused by user negligence.
• Third-party services.
• Incorrect information supplied by users.
• Events outside LUMINA's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, users may be responsible for losses, claims or expenses arising from their:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Unlawful conduct.
• Fraud.
• Misuse of the platform.
• Violation of third-party rights.

Users should first contact LUMINA Support to attempt resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through support, the matter may proceed through the applicable dispute resolution process established by LUMINA and applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless another governing law is expressly stated for a specific LUMINA service or jurisdiction.

LUMINA may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the platform or other appropriate means.

Continued use of LUMINA after the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
